Salary: $261,900 – $458,000 per year

What you will do

• Executive ownership of Clearing platforms handling hundreds of millions of daily transactions to ensure financial accuracy and resiliency.
• Define and execute a multi-year GenAI and automation strategy to improve platform quality and operational speed.
• Lead modernization roadmaps aligned with hirify.globalNet evolution, cloud adoption, and service-based architectures.
• Ensure 24x7 availability, incident management, and regulatory readiness for business-critical components.
• Manage and develop a large, globally distributed engineering organization across multiple time zones.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Risk, and Legal teams to ensure responsible and regulator-ready AI adoption.

Requirements

• 12+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s Degree (or 10+ with an Advanced degree).
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including senior executive leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading globally distributed engineering organizations of 100+ engineers.
• Experience owning mission-critical, regulator-visible platforms operating at global scale.
• Hands-on experience applying GenAI, ML, or advanced analytics in production systems.
• Must be a U.S. applicant.
