DevOps Engineer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Manage cloud platforms and servers using Terraform to ensure full reproducibility and version control.
• Implement observability solutions using CloudWatch and DataDog to ensure system health is visible and actionable.
• Automate security scanning, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks within CI/CD pipelines.
• Architect and implement deployment strategies, including blue-green deployments and canary releases.
• Advance software supply chain security and manage containerized workloads via EKS and ArgoCD.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate IaC, scripting, troubleshooting, and risk analysis.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, and Cloud Engineering at a senior level.
• Expertise in AWS (EKS, RDS, Security Hub, Identity Center, Control Tower) and Terraform.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD for GitOps deployment patterns.
• Deep understanding of HIPAA, SOC-2, and ISO compliance frameworks and their technical implementation.
• Daily fluency with AI tools to accelerate infrastructure tasks and structured configurations.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Cloudflare for edge, security, and performance architectures.
• Experience with Postgres operational responsibilities, including performance tuning and failover.
