What you will do

• Produce clear diagrams, documentation, and implementation plans for operational systems and processes.
• Develop operations frameworks and systems following architectural guidelines and industry best practices.
• Build automation for software artifact delivery and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and on-call solutions to ensure high responsiveness to customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including support and customer success.
• Provide performance updates and progress reports to senior management and the Executive Leadership Team.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
• Must pass FBI fingerprint and background checks in multiple states.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an individual contributor in DevOps/Cloud Operations (SaaS preferred).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or CDK.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL and Postgres.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenSearch or Redshift.
• Strong understanding of containerization and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Amazon Web Services, particularly Amazon GovCloud.
• Experience with CJIS compliance.
• Background in public safety or emergency communications.
• Familiarity with AI-driven platform security.
