What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and expertise.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with SRE and Security teams to implement monitoring, alerting, and security best practices.
• Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide essential system support.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in DevOps, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Expert knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, A/ELB, EBS, VPC, Route53).
• Expert-level Linux knowledge and strong automation scripting skills.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, SaltStack).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and ECS for managing microservices architectures.
• Must be based in the United States.
