Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 + 10% Bonus

What you will do

• Design, build, and operate scalable and secure cloud infrastructure within AWS.
• Lead platform engineering initiatives to improve deployment velocity and developer productivity.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and establish reusable engineering standards.
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and self-service platform capabilities.
• Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like New Relic and Datadog.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with Security, Architecture, and Product teams to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
• Deep hands-on experience designing and securing AWS environments.
• Strong expertise with Terraform and containerized workloads (ECS, EKS, Kubernetes).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Employment eligibility for the US is required (verified via E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Experience with Terramate or building internal developer platforms.
• Implementation of SRE practices, including SLOs and SLIs.
• AWS Professional, Security Specialty, or Kubernetes certifications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tooling and cloud-native AI services.
