What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex vertical building projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Act as the primary point of integration between owners, Design-Build teams, trade partners, and regulatory agencies.
• Manage risks associated with phased occupancy, logistical constraints, and ongoing site operations.
• Monitor schedule performance, identify critical path activities, and implement recovery plans for potential delays.
• Oversee contractor performance regarding safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with local building codes.
• Coordinate the resolution of field issues, design conflicts, and unforeseen site conditions.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Architectural, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, or high-rise vertical building projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and perform physical demands including lifting up to 35 lbs.
