What you will do

• Lead full-lifecycle delivery of IE and TA projects for energy storage and hybrid renewable portfolios.
• Serve as primary client interface, managing communications, expectations, and relationships for satisfaction and growth.
• Oversee project execution including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and change orders.
• Guide multidisciplinary teams (engineering, financial, environmental) for technical quality and alignment.
• Manage project financials: forecasting, invoicing, margins, and contract compliance.
• Support business development: proposals, pricing, presentations, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience in professional/technical services, ideally renewables/energy storage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven client-facing experience: proposals, contracts, relationship management.
• Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, profitability.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex topics.
• Ability to travel occasionally (<10%).
