Tender Manager - Commercial Contracts (Renewable Energy)

Salary: $155,000 - $190,000 CAD + up to 15% bonus

What you will do

• Lead contract negotiations during the sales phase, focusing on PM terms such as milestone criteria, testing procedures, and schedule planning.
• Identify contractual risks, evaluate mitigation options, and present solutions for internal approval.
• Provide detailed cost calculations for project execution, including on-site personnel, tooling, and equipment.
• Coordinate project schedules between customers and internal manufacturing and logistics departments.
• Liaise with Engineering, Purchasing, Service, and Legal departments during the tendering phase.
• Execute in-depth knowledge handovers to the project execution team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Project Management, or Industrial/Sales Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in contract negotiations for large-scale industrial projects.
• 2+ years of experience in project management roles (e.g., Project/Site Manager), preferably in the wind energy sector.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a valid passport for international business travel.
• Fluent English proficiency to effectively communicate safety and job-related information.
