Salary: $120,000–$145,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

What you will do

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee financial reporting across multiple entities and investment funds.
• Manage accurate investor distributions and financial reporting.
• Build scalable accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Partner with acquisitions, operations, and executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Real estate or property management accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP multi-entity accounting.
• Experience leading and developing accounting teams.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with accounting software.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
• Experience with property management accounting systems such as Rent Manager.
• Experience in process improvement and accounting system optimization.
• Familiarity with real estate investment structures.
