Location: Remote, however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require

Salary: $101,600 - 144,900

What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert during new healthcare client implementations to ensure accurate data interpretation and validation.
• Work directly with client stakeholders in a client-facing capacity to troubleshoot issues and confirm successful implementations.
• Validate healthcare datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and readiness for downstream analytics and operational use.
• Translate healthcare and EMR data requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Support Azure-based data integrations and pipelines using tools such as Data Factory and Databricks.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI and machine learning tools to enhance data validation and implementation processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Required healthcare data experience, including familiarity with healthcare-specific data structures and terminology.
• Hands-on experience working with EMR systems, with Meditech strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7.
• Experience working in client-facing, consultative, or implementation-focused roles.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, and Azure tools (Data Factory, Databricks, or Azure Functions).
