Data Integration Engineer

Location: Remote; travel 1–20% within the US

What you will do

• Assist lead data conversion specialists with data validation, feedback consolidation, and customer communication.
• Develop basic SQL scripts and review, execute, and troubleshoot complex SQL scripts and SSIS packages.
• Maintain the standard SQL script library and document new processes and procedures.
• Investigate data conversion issues, support customer problem resolution, and assist with service requests.
• Support federated and non-federated SSO, including bulk ERP user provisioning.
• Develop XML code for parsing data and assist project leads with implementation updates, meeting notes, and user provisioning.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of applicable experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Understanding of databases, SQL, XML, data integration tools, and data automation or mining tools.
• Basic experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau and data warehousing technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and travel 1–20% within the US.

Nice to have

• Experience with MSSQL, Google BigQuery, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, or Hadoop.
• Experience with Python, networking infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware or application issues.
• Knowledge of hospital financial, supply chain, financial decision support, or HR/payroll systems.
• Bachelor's degree.
