What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical implementations of Inpatient Operations and Surgical Growth solutions.
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries against Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery to validate data integrity.
• Build custom EHR integrations and manage hospital-specific data transformations.
• Collaborate with R&D and Integration teams to resolve HL7/FHIR interoperability issues.
• Translate complex clinical requirements into technical specifications and configuration plans.
• Provide production support and develop technical training materials for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of professional experience with Java, C/C++, or Python.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, or BigQuery).
• Experience building and debugging production healthcare data transformation pipelines.
• Deep understanding of hospital operations data, such as bed management, patient flow, or OR scheduling.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clinical leadership and hospital IT teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with HL7, FHIR, or integration middleware such as Mirth or Rhapsody.
• Knowledge of EHR systems like Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
• Hands-on experience with dbt, Terraform, Looker, or Ansible.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Health Informatics.
