What you will do

• Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent.
• Own market mapping efforts to research the competitive landscape and identify target profiles.
• Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch the company's mission.
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a track record in engineering hiring.
• Fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing.
• Data-driven mindset to track response and conversion rates.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage large pipelines across multiple roles.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
