Senior Director, Strategic Capture – Training and Readiness Solutions

Location: Remote; Conditions: Herndon, Virginia, United States. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 plus incentives.

What you will do

• Lead large-scale Federal and DoD training and readiness pursuits generally valued at $500M or more.
• Build and maintain a qualified strategic pipeline aligned with growth, bookings, and revenue objectives.
• Manage concurrent captures from qualification through award and transition, including customer engagement, acquisition shaping, solution strategy, teaming, pricing, proposal reviews, and orals.
• Develop integrated enterprise offerings by combining capabilities, relationships, contract vehicles, geographic presence, and past performance across hirify.global operating companies.
• Lead cross-functional subject matter experts in developing differentiated solutions, value propositions, win strategies, and executable proposals.
• Identify new markets, capabilities, partnerships, and investment opportunities while maintaining relationships with senior government and industry stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of progressive Federal business development and capture experience, including significant DoD experience.
• Demonstrated success identifying, shaping, capturing, and winning complex Federal pursuits valued at more than $500M.
• Experience in Federal training and readiness, including areas such as warfighter training, LVC and synthetic training, modeling and simulation, exercises, wargaming, range operations, aviation training, or digital learning.
• Deep, active relationships within at least one major DoD training and readiness acquisition or operational ecosystem.
• Knowledge of the FAR, DoD acquisition practices, contract vehicles, competitors, customer buying behavior, and the full opportunity lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance is required.
