Location: Remote (USA). Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Salary: $250,000 - $300,000

What you will do
- Lead new business pursuits valued at $500M or more, focusing on Federal training and readiness solutions including LVC, synthetic training, and range operations.
- Build, qualify, and maintain a strategic pipeline aligned with corporate growth priorities and financial objectives.
- Orchestrate the full capture lifecycle from qualification and competitive assessment through award and transition.
- Develop integrated, enterprise-scale offerings by bridging internal capabilities, subject matter expertise, and contract vehicles.
- Maintain high-level relationships with senior military, civilian, and acquisition stakeholders within the DoD.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to recommend M&A, technology investments, or strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive Federal business development and capture experience, with significant DoD expertise.
- Proven track record of winning complex Federal pursuits exceeding $500M.
- Deep, active relationships within major DoD ecosystems such as CPE ST3, NAWCTSD, or PM TRASYS.
- Active Secret or higher-level security clearance strongly preferred; ability to obtain and maintain one is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
