What you will do

• Analyze benefit package requirements and provide feasibility feedback to stakeholders.
• Configure new benefit data and revise existing policies within claims processing systems.
• Manage the onboarding of new groups while meeting accuracy and efficiency targets.
• Respond to complex inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including brokers.
• Maintain and update workflow documentation and operational tools.
• Act as a key contact for daily operational decisions and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and PowerBI.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Clear and concise communication skills for diverse audiences.

Nice to have
