Salary: $135,000 – $155,000

What you will do

• Lead the financial analyst team to establish common priorities, standards, and operating rhythms across multiple PMOs.
• Develop and maintain standardized project financial reporting templates, budget-to-actual reports, and variance analysis models.
• Drive automation of monthly summary reports and dashboards using ERP and business intelligence tools.
• Review subcontractor financial activities and invoices to ensure billing accuracy and contract funding compliance.
• Present financial findings and analysis to Program Management and leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead initiatives to improve scalability and consistency across the financial function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, project controls, or program finance.
• US citizenship required (eligible to obtain DOE L or Q Clearance).
• Strong knowledge of project financial management, including forecasting, burn rate analysis, and cost monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP/business intelligence software.
• Proven ability to influence and coordinate across diverse work groups and stakeholders.

• Master's degree.
• Experience with government contracting and federal contract pricing.
• Strong knowledge and experience using AI models to automate tools and drive efficiencies.
