Salary: $88,500 - $100,000

What you will do

• Develop and manage program budgets for federal government contracts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts.
• Track contract funding, expenditures, and revenue recognition.
• Ensure strict compliance with FAR, DFARS, and CAS regulations.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Support invoicing, internal/external audits, and contract closeouts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or program control.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles and policies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Must be able to work within the Eastern time zone (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unanet ERP and Financials.
• Prior experience in a federal/government contracting environment.
