What you will do

  • Own end-to-end hiring for a portfolio of roles in Sales, Account Management, and Marketing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and align on hiring needs.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Conduct structured interviews and deliver high-quality candidate assessments.
  • Utilize recruiting data and AI tools to monitor funnel health and improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the People team to optimize the Lever ATS and strategic TA initiatives.

Requirements

  • Professional fluency in German (C1+) and English (B2+).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine curiosity about people.
  • Organizational and analytical skills with confidence using data and AI tools.
  • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • First experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or HR.
  • Exposure to a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
