Technical Project Manager

TL;DR

Technical Project Manager (Fintech): Own program delivery from planning through execution for a Fraud Intelligence organization, coordinating complex multi-team product and engineering workstreams with an accent on scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies. Focus on translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, maintaining execution visibility via dashboards and risk registers, and resolving escalations before they become blockers.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and status reporting across multiple concurrent product and engineering workstreams.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies to keep programs on track across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Facilitate sprint planning, milestone reviews, and retrospectives with engineering and product leads.
• Maintain proactive visibility into committed, at-risk, and completed work; communicate consistently to senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain project infrastructure (dashboards, status reports, action logs, risk registers) for leadership visibility.
• Align product, engineering, finance, and go-to-market stakeholders around priorities and execution plans; handle escalations with judgment.

Requirements

• English: Fluent written and oral communication required
• 3+ years of experience with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence (Salesforce or similar is acceptable).
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs with accountability for delivery outcomes.
• Ability to influence without authority across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
