What you will do

• Lead enterprise technology projects and strategic programs from planning through implementation.
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate technical and business resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status updates.
• Oversee large-scale system integration initiatives for digital payment modernization.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and solutions.
• Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional technology projects.
• 3+ years of experience managing regulatory compliance projects in financial services or digital payments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Ability to influence teams and drive results in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• PMP or Scrum Master certification.
• Familiarity with ITIL.
