What you will do

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain delivery visibility through Jira and Confluence.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Partner with engineering teams to define system interactions, APIs, and payment workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of combined Project Management and Business Analysis experience in software delivery.
• Strong experience in banking and payments processing and modernization initiatives.
• Ability to work with cloud-based, API-driven, and event-driven architectures.
• Proven experience in producing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence.
• Must be based in the Miami, Florida area.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 20022, Fedwire, or other payment industry standards.
• Experience with modeling tools like Lucidchart, Miro, draw.io, or BPMN.
• Background in Software Engineering or QA.
• Familiarity with AI concepts such as MCP, RAG, and agentic systems.
