TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Healthtech): Generating new business by qualifying leads and prospecting high-growth companies with an accent on personalized outreach and lead qualification. Location: Must be based in Belgium. Options include full-remote or using sponsored co-working hubs in Ghent, Brussels, or Antwerp.

What you will do

  • Generate meetings with prospects through highly prioritized and personalized outreach to achieve company targets.
  • Develop outbound sales leads, run email campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM tracking.
  • Perform rapid lead qualification before allocating prospects to Account Executives.
  • Represent company products by conducting consumer research to align solutions with prospect needs.
  • Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve products, methods, and overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
  • Must be based in Belgium.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Management Consulting, or Customer Success roles.
