What you will do
- Generate meetings with prospects through highly prioritized and personalized outreach to achieve company targets.
- Develop outbound sales leads, run email campaigns, and maintain accurate CRM tracking.
- Perform rapid lead qualification before allocating prospects to Account Executives.
- Represent company products by conducting consumer research to align solutions with prospect needs.
- Apply the Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a pleasant and instructive prospect experience.
- Collaborate with the team to improve products, methods, and overall growth strategy.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Must be based in Belgium.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Ability to manage influence through persuasion and negotiation.
Nice to have
- Experience in Sales, Sales Development Representative (SDR), Management Consulting, or Customer Success roles.
