Location: Hybrid (Amsterdam, Netherlands) - minimum 2 days per week in-office

What you will do

• Define and optimize Benelux sales and success playbooks for partner acquisition and long-term engagement.
• Implement localized onboarding and retention flows for wellness providers across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
• Align local priorities with global expansion goals and deliver KPIs for network growth and partner satisfaction.
• Lead high-stakes negotiations with major partners and establish scalable processes for network sustainability.
• Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement creative growth solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and CX teams to ensure partner offerings remain competitive.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales or Account Management leadership, ideally in high-growth startups, HR-tech, or fitness.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with creating playbooks and workflows in an undefined market.
• Strong commercial judgment for handling complex conversations with business owners.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Excel for data-informed decision making.
• Experience as a supportive and direct people manager capable of motivating a team.

• Fluency in French.
