What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the billing platform, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Own the end-to-end product experience from identifying customer needs to delivering scalable software solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and operations to solve complex international billing challenges.
• Lead prioritization decisions by balancing customer impact, business value, and technical complexity.
• Develop prototypes and validate ideas using modern AI-powered tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Define and monitor key product metrics and business KPIs to measure success and guide decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager focused on billing, invoicing, payments, or financial products.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Ability to independently build, debug, and ship functional prototypes using AI-powered development tools.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable product improvements and business impact in high-growth tech environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously in an asynchronous environment.
