What you will do

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for family discovery and product adoption.
• Manage the customer onboarding funnel, from visitor to paid subscriber, through iterative optimization.
• Execute rapid experimentation and A/B testing to improve conversion and reduce friction.
• Design new consumer experiences that introduce children to investing from an early age.
• Collaborate with growth marketing, finance, and analytics to align on strategy and business impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience building consumer products.
• Strong background in funnel optimization, A/B testing, and growth experimentation.
• Proven track record of building products that drive engagement and long-term loyalty.
• Deep customer empathy and experience applying behavioral economics or psychology.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency with AI tools and experience shipping AI-powered features.
• Experience in fintech is a plus but not required.
