Location: Must be based in the United States; role is remote but requires occasional onsite visits to Fort Lee, NJ.

Salary: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour (W2).

What you will do

• Design and implement learning programs supporting the full employee life cycle.
• Partner with SMEs to create engaging training materials including e-learning, simulations, and multimedia content.
• Facilitate workshops, teambuilders, and leadership discussions for employees and managers.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning strategies and iterate based on learner outcomes.
• Manage end-to-end leadership and employee development events.
• Vet and manage relationships with 3rd party learning and development vendors.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Instructional Design.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience designing programs for leaders and employees at all levels.
• Strong facilitation skills and executive presence.
• High proficiency in MS Office and visual design tools like Canva.

Nice to have

• Certification in DiSC personality assessment.
• Knowledge of banking/finance industry regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or Rise.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
