What you will do

• Codify and evolve talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, and internal mobility.
• Build the programmatic talent engine and enablement resources (playbooks, guides, frameworks) for People Partners.
• Design self-service strategies to help leaders identify, stretch, and retain high-slope talent.
• Lead high-leverage projects, including early career strategy and rethinking role architecture for the AI era.
• Partner with Total Rewards and Recruiting to explore recognition and talent flow in an AI-native environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
• Significant experience designing and scaling talent management strategies (performance, succession planning, career architecture).
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.
• Ability to translate ambiguous philosophies into scalable tools and operating mechanisms.
• Strong business acumen and excitement for reimagining HR in an AI-native world.
