What you will do

• Act as a strategic talent advisor for designated client groups, partnering with Director-level leaders and above to drive scalability.
• Implement and embed the Assess/Reward/Develop/Engage framework into the organization's cultural fabric.
• Provide expert counsel on organizational design, team structures, and workforce optimization to ensure agility and growth.
• Coach leaders to build robust talent pipelines and clear career architectures for subject matter experts.
• Leverage the HR Representative & Leaves Pod for tactical operations to maintain focus on forward-looking strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of increasing HR responsibility, preferably in high-velocity settings supporting sales, operations, or shared services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated capacity to pivot from administrative execution to a high-impact strategic advisory role.
• Strong business and financial acumen to align talent decisions with P&L impact.
• Professional certifications such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP are highly regarded.
