What you will do

• Develop and implement regional learning strategies aligned with business objectives for pharmacy and diagnostics operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
• Ensure all training programs comply with FDA, state boards of pharmacy, and USP standards.
• Partner with senior leadership and Quality/Regulatory teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
• Oversee the design and delivery of blended learning programs to drive operational performance and safety.
• Manage learning budgets, track KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives such as learning kaizens.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
• 10+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multi-location teams.
• Proven experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution/fulfillment environments.
• Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards.
• Strong stakeholder and project management capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience in 503a or 503b compounding pharmacy environments.
• Knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards.
• Proficiency with enterprise LMS platforms.
• Background in Lean or Six Sigma process improvement methodologies.
• Experience with program management tools like Asana and Google Suite.
