Regional Learning Manager (West Region)

Location: US Remote; travel to operational sites as needed.

Salary: $140,000–$150,000 per year for US-based candidates. Candidates outside the US receive a location-based estimate from the recruiter.

What you will do

• Develop and execute learning strategies across Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of learning professionals.
• Design and deliver blended learning programs supporting operational performance, compliance, and safety.
• Partner with senior leadership, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, Pharmacy SMEs, and Operations to address skill gaps.
• Lead learning kaizens, new program launches, LMS projects, and network-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define learning KPIs, manage budgets and resources, and report business impact and ROI to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• Active CPhT certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive learning and development experience, including 3+ years managing teams across multiple locations.
• Experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution and fulfillment operations.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, USP standards, and training competency assessment.
• Strong change management, stakeholder management, project management, communication, and business acumen skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in 503a or 503b compounding pharmacy environments, including sterile compounding and aseptic technique training.
• Knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards.
• Experience with enterprise LMS platforms, Lean or Six Sigma, and program or project management tools such as Asana or Google Suite.
• Experience supporting rapid growth, new facility launches, organizational change, or leadership development programs.
