Location: Must be based in Scottsdale, AZ (On-site)

Compensation: $20/hour base + uncapped commission (OTE $60,000–$120,000+)

What you will do

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services using a consultative approach.
• Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
• Master CRM systems and sales tools to efficiently manage pipeline and client data.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Expert communication skills with experience building trust via phone and video calls.
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable and adaptable with new technology and software.
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ during standard operating hours (9:00am-5:30pm MST).
