Location: Must be based in North America (NOAM)

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary + commission (OTE $130,000–$150,000)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to maximize client retention and contract upgrades.
  • Establish and build strategic C-Level relationships within designated client accounts.
  • Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned clients.
  • Deliver account plans and sales campaigns tailored to specific client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the use of products and services.
  • Maintain accurate account and contact information within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be based in North America (NOAM).
  • 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or the recruitment industry.
  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
