Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base salary + commission (OTE $130,000–$150,000)

What you will do
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize client retention and contract upgrades.
- Establish and build strategic C-Level relationships within designated client accounts.
- Identify and articulate the strategic, organizational, and financial goals of assigned clients.
- Deliver account plans and sales campaigns tailored to specific client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the use of products and services.
- Maintain accurate account and contact information within the CRM.
Requirements
- Must be based in North America (NOAM).
- 2-3+ years of experience in SaaS sales or the recruitment industry.
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales environment.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers.
