What you will do

• Execute topographic, boundary, ALTA/ASCM land title, and construction staking surveys.
• Perform terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone surveys and structure monitoring.
• Mentor and develop land survey staff while providing analytical review of data.
• Coordinate field survey crews and office staff to ensure quality control of deliverables.
• Research government, state, and city records for survey information.
• Develop scopes, schedules, and estimates for survey assignments.

Requirements

• AAS or BS degree in land surveying, engineering, geology, forestry, or landscape architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar senior-level role.
• New York State PLS License or ability to obtain it within 1 year.
• Proficiency in Civil3D, Carlson, and advanced GPS post-processing software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Current driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles.

Nice to have

• Multi-state licensure.
• Experience with Bentley products such as MicroStation and OpenRoads.
• Knowledge of terrestrial LiDAR and UAV/drone surveying.
