What you will do

• Perform groundwater, soil, and soil vapor sampling within the 5-boroughs and NYC metropolitan area.
• Conduct Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and support remediation projects.
• Oversee field activities and drilling on various construction projects.
• Manage field and lab data, create maps, and prepare technical reports and deliverables.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and government agencies to achieve project objectives.
• Prepare work plans and proposals while managing environmental goals and budgetary requirements.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in environmental consulting, science, or geology.
• 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification required.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or ArcGIS required.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor field work and lift up to 25 pounds.
