What you will do

• Conduct and oversee topographic, As-Built, Boundary, and Title surveys.
• Plan and execute the layout and marking of construction sites.
• Integrate traditional surveying with advanced reality capture technology, including terrestrial LiDAR and UAS photogrammetry.
• Train, mentor, and supervise survey crew members to improve team performance.
• Review and interpret plans, specifications, and legal property descriptions.
• Act as the primary company representative when interacting with clients and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) in the state of Kentucky (or eligible for licensure by reciprocity).
• Bachelor's Degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional surveying experience.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, Leica Cyclone, and Microstation.
• Expertise in boundary determination, land title research, and geodetic principles.
• Available for travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Familiarity with terrestrial LiDAR and UAS-based data collection methods.
