What you will do

• Direct $100M+ annual lease spend with a focus on Total Cost of Ownership and rigorous ROI analysis.
• Develop an AI-led real estate strategy utilizing Snowflake Cortex to automate manual processes and generate portfolio insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Procurement to coordinate leasing activity and ensure lease compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and landlords, brokers, and technical advisors.
• Oversee financial integrity through meticulous invoice abstraction and payment automation to maintain a non-default portfolio.
• Manage contractual governance, reviewing LOIs and lease agreements across multifaceted international markets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate development or construction.
• 3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing a global or highly complex portfolio.
• Extensive expertise in financial modeling and understanding of lease accounting standards (ASC 842).
• Demonstrable use of AI tools to drive operational efficiency and automate workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Business-related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the US-CA-Dublin location (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building AI/automation solutions on Snowflake Cortex.
• Experience executing real estate transactions across multiple international regions and tax regimes.
• Familiarity with lease administration platforms and payment automation systems.
• Track record of leading large-scale data cleanup or ledger remediation efforts.
