What you will do

• Develop and execute real estate portfolio strategies aligned with financial and operational goals.
• Lead all real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and lease negotiations.
• Direct workplace strategy and long-range capacity planning to support business growth.
• Optimize space utilization and implement workplace standards across the portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, financial controls, and risk management policies.
• Develop portfolio performance metrics and executive dashboards for monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or Master's degree with 8+ years.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance are mandatory.
• Expertise in commercial real estate portfolio management and lease administration.
• Strong skills in financial modeling, capital planning, and operating budgets.
• Proven leadership in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
