Salary: $170,000–$190,000/year

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of experiential productions from concept through execution, installation, and strike.
• Oversee large-scale live events, immersive environments, pop-ups, and cultural activations.
• Partner with Creative and Client Services to scope projects accurately and ensure creative intent is preserved.
• Own experiential budgets, schedules, and scopes to ensure financial targets and margins are met.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the Experiential Production team and maintain a best-in-class vendor network.
• Direct production risk assessment, safety planning, and compliance with labor laws and permits.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experiential production experience with senior leadership experience in an agency or production environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-profile experiential projects.
• Deep understanding of live event production, fabrication, scenic, technical production, and logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience owning large-scale budgets and margins.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Must be based in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience working with fashion, luxury, lifestyle, music, or cultural brands.
• Background collaborating closely with Creative Directors and Designers.
• Familiarity with large-scale installations and multi-day events.
• Experience building and scaling production teams.
