What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, multi-workstream programs from planning to execution.
• Manage budgets, track estimates, and handle financial forecasting for sports partnership-specific costs.
• Develop SOWs and coordinate workflows between creative, production, digital, and PR teams.
• Oversee production planning and live activation delivery, ensuring creative intent is translated into executable plans.
• Manage and coach a team of project professionals, supporting their day-to-day work and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in program leadership and managing stakeholders in sports partnerships.
• Strong financial acumen, including budget maintenance and invoice reconciliation.
• Ability to lead production timelines and manage on-site event staffing.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (indicated by 401k and HSA benefit offerings).
