Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in construction with a background in cost management.
• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management specifically within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sector.
• Degree or equivalent experience in cost management or quantity surveying.
• Must be based in or able to work in New York, NY.
• Chartered status, ideally as a member of the RICS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
