What you will do

• Coordinate and execute episodic post-production projects for the StudioPost operations team.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with overall goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between different shifts (day, swing/night, weekends) to ensure continuity.
• Monitor daily project activity and handle issue tracking and escalation.
• Assist in scheduling coordination and proper resource allocation across projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in television post-production concepts, technologies, and workflows.
• Must be based in and able to work full-time from an hirify.global-designated worksite (On-Site).
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for updating stakeholders and managing client expectations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and the ability to quickly master scheduling and workflow tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Xytech or ScheduAll software.
• 3+ years of direct project management experience in television post-production.
• Proven track record of maintaining composure and providing a positive customer experience in fast-paced environments.
