What you will do

• Manage staffing allocations across all active client accounts, ensuring real-time accuracy of planning.
• Lead the rollout and administration of a new resource management platform as the internal champion.
• Proactively identify and resolve capacity conflicts, volume pressure points, and over-allocation risks.
• Source, vet, and manage a pipeline of freelance talent, including negotiating rates and maintaining a database.
• Own the end-to-end process for awards submissions and the maintenance of the agency case study library.
• Partner with PM and leadership teams to align headcount plans with project timelines and client demands.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in resource management, project management, or creative operations within a creative agency.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-account staffing in fast-paced environments.
• Strong command of resource management tools, ideally with experience leading system migrations.
• Experience in freelance recruiting and negotiation.
• Ability to handle sensitive people and utilization data with high discretion.
• Must be based in or able to work in Brooklyn, NY.
