What you will do

• Provide on-site technical support for gaming, fintech, and loyalty equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance, new installations, and site surveys.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring high-quality service and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and complete timely service documentation.
• Travel throughout Arizona and occasionally Southern California for service calls.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on technical experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic understanding of IT, networking, hardware, and software systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently (50–75%).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically active environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
