What you will do

• Maintain and service hirify.global equipment at casino locations in the Lake Charles, Louisiana area.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
• Execute installations, conversions, and software updates for Games, FinTech, and Loyalty products.
• Manage signage, merchandising installs, and progressive controller configuration.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers and perform self-inventory audits.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in technical repairs and customer service.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
• Physical ability to climb ladders and lift/carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass background and drug tests.
• Ability to correctly perceive colors.
