Senior Manager, HR Systems (Workday)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform across HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, and Talent Management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workday specialists, evolving the team structure and operating model.
• Shift the team from reactive request fulfillment to a consultative, product-minded delivery approach.
• Establish operational discipline, metrics, and KPIs for platform health, release quality, and service levels.
• Implement AI, workflow automation, and integrations to reduce manual work and improve employee self-service.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and Internal Audit to ensure compliant, scalable, and secure platform solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Workday or enterprise HR technology.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical teams.
• Broad expertise in Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• Proven experience managing enterprise platforms within a SOX-controlled or regulated environment.
• Strong technical depth in Workday configuration, security, integrations, and release management.
