What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain hirify.global and multi-vendor gaming equipment to support continuous operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance, basic component replacement, cleaning, and program upgrades.
• Test equipment and game functionality, including input/output systems and pay tables.
• Install and maintain communication infrastructure, including data lines and fiber-optic connections.
• Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Provide customers and internal teams with basic training on equipment operation and new products.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50 pounds, and work at heights (rooftops).
• Computer literacy and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work varied shifts and overtime.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance and pass background, physical, and drug testing.
