What you will do

• Partner with the SVP and Finance leadership team to align people strategies with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, team performance, and talent decisions.
• Lead organizational design, operating model evolution, workforce planning, restructuring, and change management initiatives.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility, and retention strategies.
• Use workforce analytics and talent data to identify trends, risks, capability gaps, and organizational performance opportunities.
• Collaborate across HR functions, support enterprise-wide initiatives, and mentor HR colleagues.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Human Resources experience, or master’s degree and 7 years, or bachelor’s degree and 9 years.
• 10+ years of Human Resources experience in complex, fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly technical, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology environments preferred.
• 3+ years of comparable HRBP experience with demonstrated success at the Director level.
• Experience supporting Finance or related corporate functions and partnering with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
• Experience leading organizational transformation, workforce planning, operating model redesign, and data-informed executive decision making.
• Strong analytical, consulting, project management, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or master’s degree focused on organizational development, management, human resources, or employee and labor relations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple geographies and cultures.
