What you will do

• Advise site and functional leaders on organizational, talent, and workforce matters.
• Align people strategies with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, staffing strategies, and talent pipeline development.
• Guide leaders through organizational change and improve team effectiveness, accountability, and culture.
• Partner with HR centers of excellence and business leaders on talent and leadership development programs.
• Analyze workforce and talent metrics and develop tools and recommendations to improve HR effectiveness.

Requirements

• Doctorate degree; or a master's degree and 2 years of HR Business Partner experience; or a bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience; or an associate's degree and 8 years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED and 10 years of business partner experience.
• 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in complex organizations preferred.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and data-driven workforce insights.
• Strong consulting, coaching, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, operations, life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, chemical, industrial, or other highly regulated environments.
