What you will do

• Provide expert advice on daily HR issues, disciplinaries, grievances, and disputes.
• Manage end-to-end Employment Tribunal cases, including drafting claims and preparing witness statements.
• Draft and review complex employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Advise on high-stakes matters such as TUPE and collective consultation.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth.
• Support business development initiatives and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor or barrister (UK) with a current practising certificate.
• Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
