Senior Employment Attorney

Location: Remote in the UK

What you will do

• Advise HR and business leaders on day-to-day employment matters across APAC and EMEA.
• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, leave, accommodations, and separations.
• Build scalable employment legal programs, including policies, templates, playbooks, training, and compliance processes.
• Lead cross-border market entry, reorganizations, workforce transitions, and M&A integration projects.
• Conduct and oversee internal investigations, employment disputes, compliance audits, and remediation efforts.
• Advise on global immigration, visa matters, UK and EU sponsorship, and UK sponsor licence compliance.

Requirements

• J.D. or equivalent law degree with active bar admission or a relevant practising qualification.
• At least 7 years of post-law-school employment law experience, including substantial APAC and/or EMEA experience.
• Experience handling multi-jurisdictional employment matters at a fast-growing global company.
• Experience building employment law programs, including policies, templates, training, audits, and compliance guidance.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, judgment, and ability to work autonomously across a high-volume, multi-region workload.
• English fluency is required.

• Proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Tagalog, and/or Japanese.
