Paralegal - Employment Rights

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Assist with the management and running of employment rights litigation.
• Calculate losses and support clients and witnesses.
• Conduct legal research and attend employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
• Assist with, and potentially manage under supervision, straightforward employment advice and representation matters.
• Support cases involving unfair dismissal and wages claims.

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal with a background in employment rights.
• Knowledge of Employment Law and Employment Tribunal Procedure.
• Degree in Law or a related qualification.
• Excellent communication, organisation, initiative, empathy, and persuasive client-care skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Manchester.
